Thank you to my family, friends and clients who made my day a lot brighter by acknowledging me on my birthday this past Sunday!

My client has been so consistent with her sessions. She comes in every two weeks, has been committed to increasing her water intake and has been exercising (light) twice a week.

I’m not a nutritionist (yet), but I’m happy that my client has been taking my suggestions.
