📣 IMPORTANT MEDICARE UPDATE
LVHN & UnitedHealthcare Network Change

LVHN has officially confirmed that they will NOT be participating with UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans in-network starting January 25, 2026 (they will only be available as out-of-network).

📩 CHECK YOUR MAIL
Members are already receiving letters from:
✔️ LVHN
✔️ UnitedHealthcare
Both will confirm that LVHN will no longer accept these UHC plans.

💙 If you received a letter — don’t panic.
You have options, and our office will be calling every affected client to review the best steps for your situation.

📣 Attention Clients Who Received the LVHN & UnitedHealthcare Letter

If you recently received the notice from Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) about UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans possibly going out-of-network starting January 25, 2026 — please don’t worry.

💙 We are here to guide you through this.

Over the next few weeks, we will be personally calling every one of our clients who received the letter. During that call, we will review two options with you:

Option 1:

🔹 Review new plan options for 2026 to ensure your doctors and LVHN remain in-network.

Option 2:

🔹 Stay on your current plan until negotiations are officially finalized AND you receive a formal letter from your insurance carrier confirming that LVHN will no longer accept your plan.

Every situation is different, and we want to make sure you stay fully informed and protected.

You may have seen recent news about Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) and UnitedHealthcare regarding possible contract changes.

👉 Please rest assured — our clients do not need to worry at this time. These situations are common during contract negotiations between hospitals and insurance carriers, and both sides are working to reach an agreement.

If any official changes occur that could affect your coverage, LP Insurance Group will immediately notify you and help guide you through all your available options. 💙
