The snow has arrived! A few quick tips to protect yourself when shoveling. 1.) Take a few minutes to actively warm up: March in place, stationary squat, stationary lunge, arm circles, contract the core and the glutes. 2.) Push the snow 3.) Keep the shovel loads small and close to your body. 4.) squat to lift, think hips then knees bending, while engaging your core 5.) Accept help from neighbors with a snow blower or pay a few bucks to the neighbor kids 😉. We’re in the offices all week if you need us! ❄️ ⛄️

Happy to support our Emmaus women’s field hockey program over this past weekend. Dr. Smee and Dr. Williams team finished -9, 3 off the lead. Some memorable and not so memorable shots throughout the day. Tremendous turnout on an absolutely gorgeous day. Can’t wait for next year!
