When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

SOS Pet Rescue Mission: To be a foster-based cat and dog rescue in the Pocono and Slate Belt Communities while encouraging compassion for strays through education and awareness.

In barre3 Allentown - Thursday's 12:00pm class is now a b3 Strength class 💪

In barre3 Bethlehem - we are added a 45 minute signature class on Monday and Friday mornings at 7:45am! This will go into effect the week of July 14th.
