I have been a certified CPR/First Aid instructor for over seven years and I am a certified PQAS CPR/First Aid instructor for early childhood centers. I firmly believe that being proactive with our health and wellness is paramount to living long and healthy lives. Knowing how to help someone when there is a health emergency is a powerful tool. I offer private training at your home or business as
