Our Founder and CEO is Jill Duffey Kearney. So many titles: Professional Stager, Move Manager, and Daughter. Clarification- she’s the daughter you wish you had when the time comes to make the move from family estate to your new life. For over 12 years, Jill has been a professional real estate stager and re-designer. Her passion is redesigning homes with creative floor plans to serve the homeowner in the next phase of life. After being asked to help a widow from church several years ago, Jill concentrated her focus exclusively to the senior market, and she’s never looked back. As a Member of the National Association of Senior & Specialty Move Managers (NASMM) Jill believes her work is as much a ministry as it is a business, with a bonus: joy and satisfaction on the customers’ face. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mrs. Sledz last week, to get her moved into her beautiful new apartment. Her family affectionately calls her "Yaya", and we were invited do the same! Last week, we celebrated our team with our Annual Employee Appreciation party - hosted at the stunning Lehigh Country Club! Jill Kearney and Lindsay Kearney-Flowers presented a State of the Company update looking back at our 2025 and ahead to 2026. We all shared an incredible three-course lunch and got to mingle and catch up with our colleagues in ways we can't while on the clock. We celebrated employee anniversaries, and honored individuals who go the extra mile with our Annual Employee Awards. Our award winners for this year, nominated and selected by their peers are:
