Our Founder and CEO is Jill Duffey Kearney. So many titles: Professional Stager, Move Manager, and Daughter. Clarification- she’s the daughter you wish you had when the time comes to make the move from family estate to your new life. For over 12 years, Jill has been a professional real estate stager and re-designer. Her passion is redesigning homes with creative floor plans to serve the homeowner in the next phase of life. After being asked to help a widow from church several years ago, Jill concentrated her focus exclusively to the senior market, and she’s never looked back. As a Member of the National Association of Senior & Specialty Move Managers (NASMM) Jill believes her work is as much a ministry as it is a business, with a bonus: joy and satisfaction on the customers’ face. Jill’s company, Specialty Moves by Design, has helped over 1500 people transition into new homes and more joyful lifestyles with ease. Another Joyful Move, complete! Move Manager Robert absolutely rocked his first official move as Move Manager, where we helped Mrs. F move into a beautiful and in-demand apartment at Fellowship Community! The team was joyful and truly having a great time while working hard and supporting such a wonderful and fun client. Thank you to the folks at Fellowship and Frick Transfer for partnering with us to deliver such a smooth and successful move. To Mrs. F - we are so honored you trusted us with this process, and hope you just love your new home (we sure do!)

The only thing left to do? Hang the art, of course! Stay tuned for more photos once that's complete.

Happy client alert! Mrs. C was just over the moon with how beautiful her new apartment turned out - especially this incredible sunroom where she plans to drink her morning coffee! The highest compliment we can receive is when a client hires us a second time. After their first move several years ago, Mr. and Mrs. Brackbill were in need of more downsizing this past Fall. We helped them downsize again to meet a quick move deadline, and now hope they're very happy in their new apartment!
