CAFE of Life Chiropractic is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist / Personal Injury Case Coordinator to manage Personal Injury (PIP) and Workers’ Compensation cases from intake through resolution. This position serves as the liaison between our office, billing department, attorneys, and clinical team. The ideal candidate understands Pennsylvania PIP guidelines, is highly organized, and is confident handling medical-legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage PIP and Workers’ Compensation cases from intake to discharge Ensure accurate case setup and organized digital records
-Track treatment schedule compliance and follow up on missed appointments Communicate professionally with other providers, case managers, and attorneys
-Assist with therapy setup for PIP patients per doctor instruction
-Provide front desk support and therapy support during high-volume times

Qualifications:

-Bilingual (Spanish/English) REQUIRED
-Experience in Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, or chiropractic office preferred (willing to train with no knowledge base)
-Knowledge of Pennsylvania PIP insurance guidelines preferred (willing to train with no knowledge base)
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Professional and confident communication skills
-Ability to manage confidential medical and legal documentation

This week we’re sharing a blend we love for aches and tension called the Discomfort Bomb.

This simple blend can be used both topically and internally to help soothe discomfort, relax tight muscles, and support overall body comfort.

🌿 The Discomfort Bomb Blend includes:

Copaiba - Helps calm discomfort and supports the body’s natural inflammatory response

Frankincense - Supports cellular health and comfort, especially when the body feels stressed or overworked.

Lemongrass - Eases muscle tension and provides a soothing sensation after physical strain.

Marjoram - Known for its calming, comforting effect on tight or tense muscles.

💧 How to Use the Discomfort Bomb

Option 1: Roller Bottle Topical Use

Add the following to a 10 ml roller bottle:

10 drops Copaiba

10 drops Frankincense

10 drops Lemongrass

10 drops Marjoram

Fill the rest with Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Roll onto areas of discomfort like the neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, knees, or sore muscles one to two times daily as needed.

Option 2: Internal Support Veggie Capsule
