Massage helps release tension in the muscle.

Assisted stretching helps teach that muscle how to move again.

When I guide your body through supported stretches, we’re working on:
• Increasing range of motion
• Improving joint mobility
• Reducing stiffness that keeps coming back
• Helping your massage results last longer
This is especially helpful if you: • Sit a lot
• Feel tight again a day or two after massage
• Deal with hip, low back, shoulder, or neck restriction
• Book longer massages but still feel “stuck” in certain areas

Instead of only extending massage time, try adding assisted stretch to your session. Even 30 minutes of guided stretch can completely change how your body responds to the work we do on the table.

Did you know massage can actually be HSA-eligible?

If your doctor prescribes massage as part of your treatment plan, you may be able to use your Health Savings Account to get reimbursed. All you’ll need is a Letter of Medical Necessity from your provider that lists your condition and how massage helps in your recovery.

In my work, I often see how massage makes a difference in real medical situations:

🌀 Injury recovery – I use massage to improve blood flow, reduce swelling, and support tissue repair after sprains or strains.

💢 Chronic pain – Many of my clients find regular sessions help ease tension, improve mobility, and calm their nervous system.

✂️ Post-surgery – Gentle techniques support circulation, reduce scar tissue, and make it easier to regain flexibility.

🚗 Accidents (car or work-related) – Massage can help decrease inflammation, loosen stiff muscles, and support rehabilitation.
