5 days ago, I posted a message received from my Yogi tea which aligned with our upcoming Peace Circle (Sat 7/12.) ☮

This morning, the Universe struck again!! (You can’t make this S*&% up!!!)😉😁

Let’s come together tomorrow and remember our inner PEACE so that we can ripple it out to the world. 🌎

If you cannot come to West End Yoga, Allentown, you can still contribute to the group vibrationally! Just pause and get still between 11:45am-12:15pm and connect to PEACE in your own way. There is great power when we come together intentionally!

A couple weeks ago, I felt called to organize an impromptu Peace Circle. Despite it being last minute, several of us gathered at West End Yoga on the afternoon of June 14th, and for 45 minutes, we sat in sangha (community). 💜

There was no political agenda; we simply and deeply felt the need to hold space for Peace. So we shared in metta meditation. Metta comes from the Buddhist tradition and translates to “loving-kindness”. It is the practice of cultivating goodwill and compassion toward all of Life. 🙏

Afterward, some people asked if we would do it again. So we are. On Saturday July 12th at 11:30am...again at West End Yoga. Check out the flyer below and join us! ☮
