Here are 5 ways you could support your body without pushing harder.

1️⃣ Eat before training (yes, even on “busy” days)

Being prepared is key! Being busy doesn’t mean you don’t need food.

If you have 3 hours before training, get in a full meal. If you have 90 min, get in a protein and a carb.
