Your JULABO temperature control unit records system data that can be used to diagnose service issues. Downloading the Black Box file allows the JULABO service team to review alarms, operating settings, and system performance to better understand what’s happening inside the unit. 🚨

Many JULABO models allow you to download this data directly to a USB stick, while some classic units retrieve it using Easy Black Box Software and an RS232 connection.

Black Box data includes:

✅ Operating settings and system conditions
