The first of our summer series of Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) workshops is coming up in just one week in Easton — Sunday, August 10th from 12–3 PM!

This experiential workshop will give you practical, embodied tools to find peace and connection—so you can safely move through suffering, internal conflict, and repeating emotional or physical patterns (Stages 1–3).

Then we’ll step into the Transformational energies of Stages 4, 5, and 6—where you'll discover how to access authentic power, shift your posture and breath, and move energy through your body in ways that awaken clarity, commitment, and courage.

This is a hands-on, empowering workshop suitable for both newcomers and long-time practice members. Come breathe, move, and connect with others on a shared journey of growth and healing.
