I have to admit…if you asked me a year and a half ago what I thought about wrestling I would have said it was a dumb sport and I didn’t understand it. I can tell you today that not only is wrestling not “dumb” but that wrestling has changed my daughter’s life the moment she first stepped on the mat. I will be eternally grateful for the people who have influenced and shaped Sydney into the incredible wrestler she has become and continues to grow in to. From her coaches, her teammates, her mat club to her family and friends that cheer for her endlessly. To the sport of wrestling…I am grateful for the physical and mental strength my daughter has gained since finding you a year and a half ago. It is such a blessing to witness your child find her love and her passion 💪💕. This girl has been through so much this season with an injury and disappointment of not fighting as much as she wants and she still comes to the mat, gives it her ALL and gets the win. I can’t wait to see how far you go Syd 💕
