It's time for March Madness again! This year, however, we are doing things differently. (Links are posted at the bottom of this caption)
We are spreading the word about a March Madness Fundraiser, for the benefit of Will Bissett, who is an alum of the DeSales University Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program, just like Danielle and Jake. As per an email from Danielle's classmate Jessica Watson:
"I am emailing about a fundraiser for my fellow DSU DPT 2018 classmate Will Bissett. We posted the flyer earlier this week on program’s social media, but this fundraiser is to support Will Bissett and his family. Will has given me permission to share about his story and put forward this fundraiser. Will graduated from the Class of 2018 receiving the Clinical Excellence Award at our recognition ceremony and served on the PASS Mentorship committee during his time in PT school. Unfortunately, last year he was diagnosed with ALS. This diagnosis involves a long road ahead with medical intervention and treatment and unfortunately there is no cure.
If you can please share this flyer with those you know. It is $20 per bracket with instructions on the flyer attached. The total bracket funds will be split between the winner and Will. You can register on the March Madness Pool website anytime, but picks start March 17th and must be completed by Thursday March 21st."
