Welcome to the release of opportunities for yoga at our new space. We heard what you had to say and are happy to announce that we have added additional classes. Thank you for your participation and feedback.

SURVEY SAYS; you all want yoga classes!
Gentle/ Vinyasa Flow and Restorative are NOW ON OUR CALENDER.

Our GENTLE YOGA class will be for 6 weeks starting 3/2. Reservations and payments need to be made for class by the day before each class. There is also an offer for bundling to save by committing to the series.

GENTLE YOGA on Wednesdays at 11 AM (1 hr) w/ Lisa. All flexibility/mobility welcomed.Class cost us 20.00 per class. Reservations and payment required by the day before class or for the series.

Class dates are 3/2/22, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30 and 4/6.

We need to secure a minimum of spots to confirm class.
Series bundle is $102. Reach out to Jenn.
Please bring a mat, blanket and what you need to be comfortable.

RESTORATIVE YOGA will be offered monthly with Lisa. (All flexibility / mobility welcomed).
First class is in February 2/24. Monthly classes following on 3/24/22 and 4/28/22. Class is at 7 pm until 8:30 pm.
Cost: $25 per class. Reservations and payment required the day before class.
Bolsters and blankets are provided.

VINYASA FLOW with Angel will also be offered monthly (Thursdsy/PM). All flexibility/mobility welcomed with modifying from intermediate to beginner as needed. This class will help you expand/stretch and "move through" in gaining capabilities.
3/10 - Thursday @ 6 PM. Cost $ 20 per class reservations and payment needed by the day before class. Bring a mat and what you need for comfort.
Current calender dates for flow : 3/10, 4/14.
