Reach out to Congress and tell them that you are opposed to the h**p ban! This ban would take about 95% of cannabis and CBD products off the shelves all across the country. Cannabis has been used for centuries as a holistic approach for a wide range of elements and diseases, and banning it would just cause people to either suffer or have to turn to Pharmaceuticals. Ohio lawmakers are advancing HB 160, a bill that would reclassify most h**p products as ma*****na, banning their sale in retail stores and forcing them into the state’s limited dispensary system. This threatens access for adult consumers and puts Ohio h**p businesses at serious risk.

There is a better path forward. HB 198 would preserve retail access to h**p products while adding meaningful regulations like age restrictions, third-party testing, and clear labeling requirements.
