I wanted to share a link to massage therapist Rachel Richards Massage. She has several self-massage videos that I feel are very helpful for chronic complaint areas.

I came across her when I was dealing with a shoulder issue. I subscribe to her YouTube channel and feel she is a great resource for self care between appointments.

My cover photo is updated with the only contact number I use for my business now. Most of you use this anyway but we no longer have a landline.

While Nebraska is no longer in a state of emergency status regarding the pandemic, safety protocols in my office will continue with sanitizing and mask use.

Just an update and reminder. As we move into Phase 3 and 4 reopening in the state, certain mandates continue to be in place including the use of masks when providing certain services including massage therapy.

It is reasonable since we cannot socially distance and spend more than 15 minutes together and we are not through this crisis.

It is not my place to police what others are doing in this regard but wearing masks will continue to be required in my massage therapy establishment.

Provided below is a link to the state website regarding COVID-19 Directed Health Measures. These still apply to all 93 counties in the state.

As per specific instructions mandated for hair salons, massage and tattoo establishments, all our required to wear masks.

If that is an infringement on your freedom or beliefs, then just don't come in.

I, too, have the right to protect myself, family, friends and others and be compliant to the ordered directives at this time.

I can't control what others are doing in their business nor is it my place to do so but I will comply with the state mandates as I do when providing caregiving services to my family.

There are no guarantees of safety for any of us but we can all do our part to look out for one another.
