This Giving Tuesday, we invite you to join us in celebrating the strength, resilience, and health of our community. At Alliance Family Health Center, we do more than provide medical care, we offer hope, connection, and a pathway to wellness for every neighbor who walks through our doors.

Over the past year, our devoted team provided more than 22,000 patient visits, including over 200 healthy deliveries (welcome to our new and youngest neighbors!), reaching families across our county with care that is quality-driven, patient-centered, and nationally recognized by HRSA. We are humbled and honored to be counted among the top-performing federally qualified health centers in the nation, a reflection of the dedication, compassion, and tireless work of our staff.

Yet, many neighbors still face challenges in accessing timely, preventive, and specialty care. Our local hospitals provide vital services, and by working together, we can ensure families also have accessible, community-based care options that balance hospital services; complementing hospital care and strengthening the full continuum of the local health system.
