We could not be more proud of the example your instructor , Ms Hess , sets as role model and leader!
She is always present and she always gives 💯 not only to the students but she asks that of herself as well !
Never missing an opportunity to train in martial arts , Ms Hess showed up for Friday instructor sparring! During combat she dislocated her shoulder , we popped it in and she kept going! I said “ You should rest “ she said “ I am good ma’am, I will just use my other arm “ !!
THEN she shows up the next day just to help train the Krew ! Never an excuse always strong!
She never misses a beat ! This past weekend at Districts after not competing for well over a year , she literally put on a Master class in combat during teams setting the groundwork for our Elite team win !
To our Krew athletes , always lead by example, always give of yourself and you will never have regrets ! DEEP BOW TO YOUR INSTRUCTOR MS HESS! 🥋
