We are proud to recognize Miss Autumn as Allison Little Lambs Child Care Center's Employee of the Month for her outstanding dedication, reliability, and exceptional attitude. As one of our youngest team members, she consistently deomonstrates a level of professionalism and passion that truly shows in all that she does.

Autumn is always willing to step in and help wherever needed, showing remarkable flexibility and a team-first mindset. She arrives each day, prepared and with position energy that uplifts those around her.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Autumn on our team, for a little over a year now, and deeply appreciate the consistency, enthusiam, and heart that she brings to our Center every day.

Our Little Lambs family has been missing someone very close and special to us for the last month {almost} while she recovers from her surgery! While we’re so thankful shes getting the time she needs to heal, her bright smile, gentle heart, and loving presence is deeply missed by both staff and kiddos!! 🐑 ❤️

The Lions Room had made her get well soon cards and we were able to stop by and visit on our way to the park this morning!! We’re keeping her in our prayers for a smooth and speedy recovery!

To Denise - your Little Lambs are sending hugs, drawings, and LOTS of love your way! It’s just not the same here without you!
