Limiting beliefs are conscious. When they stop being conscious and are automatically accepted as truth, they become agreements. Some examples are “I’m the black sheep of the family.” “Real men don’t cry.” “I’m unworthy.” “Self-care is selfish.” These become ingrained in us, and we want to unravel those agreements from our subconscious, our Akashic/hall of records, and replace them with a new positive agreements. Positive ones are “I am love.” “I am worthy.” “I’m accepted.” “I’m creative.”
