⭐cheer me on,

👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻 Well a big hey, hi, and hello to all my friends, family, and all y'all who are somewhere in between ❣️❣️❣️

Since I can't stay here in NC forever 😔 (yet...), I wanted to let ya know what's going on with my schedule for the next couple of weeks! This post will be referred to and reshared (and updated!), but of course if you have questions to be answered directly, never hesitate to reach out to me personally!

‼️PLEASE READ AND NOTE‼️:
I am returning to work May 22 (tomorrow), and then taking clients until June 5. During this time, my schedule will be a little more flexible until it is closed off for surgery/recovery.

‼️⭐I will be having my Lap Band removed and a hiatal hernia repaired on June 6. My recovery time is at least 2 weeks due to the push/pull movements I will not be able to perform⭐‼️
