Day 14 of the New Year 💪
We are two weeks in. That is truly enough time to notice something—even if it’s small.
Maybe you’ve been consistent with your workouts. Maybe you’re drinking more water, moving more, or choosing rest when you need it. Maybe your win is simply not quitting.
Ask yourself, what has been working so far? And then ask, what has been getting in the way—time, energy, motivation, life? Then take action to continue what is working and adjusting the plan to account for those barriers.
Remember, progress doesn’t have to be loud or perfect. It’s built in small, repeatable choices, especially on the days when motivation is low. It's January, it's cold, and not much sunshine, so holding onto what motivates you, your why. Hold on to that!
Take a moment to acknowledge a win, name a barrier, and reset for the next two weeks. You’re still in this—and you don’t have to do it alone. You got this in 2026!
