Holiday Closure Announcement

Dear Valued Patients and Families,

As the holiday season approaches, we want to extend our warmest wishes to you and your loved ones for a joyful and peaceful time filled with family, friends, and celebration. Please note our office will be closed for the holidays on the following dates:

• Thursday, December 25th, 2025 (Christmas Day)

Effective immediately

Lakeside Family Vision has implemented a new policy requiring full payment for all eyeglasses and contact lenses at the time of receipt. This policy applies to all orders, regardless of insurance coverage. We encourage patients to verify their insurance benefits to understand any out-of-pocket expenses. Should you have any inquiries or require assistance, our staff is available to provide guidance.
