I didn’t choose this work by accident.
My “why” was shaped through my own body and my own journey—one that included loss, healing, pregnancy, and learning just how deeply our bodies hold experiences.
I’ve walked through a miscarriage, a full-term pregnancy, another miscarriage, and then another full-term pregnancy. Along the way, I learned what it feels like to carry grief, hope, fear, and love—all at the same time—and how those emotions don’t just live in the heart. They live in the body.
Massage therapy became a place of relief and grounding for me when my body felt overwhelmed and my nervous system needed safety. It helped me reconnect with myself during times when everything felt uncertain.
As I became a mother, I also began to see how children carry tension, too. My own children have experienced it—traumatic births, tight shoulders, restless bodies, big emotions they didn’t yet have words for. Through gentle, intentional touch, I saw how much their bodies needed support, regulation, and care.
That’s why I do this work.
I believe mothers deserve a space to release what they’ve been holding—whether that’s physical tension, emotional weight, or the quiet exhaustion that comes from caring for everyone else first. And I believe children benefit deeply from nurturing bodywork that helps them feel calm, safe, and at ease in their bodies.
In my practice, I create that space—the one I needed myself. A place where healing isn’t rushed, stories are honored, and bodies are met with compassion.
This work is personal to me. It’s rooted in lived experience, empathy, and the belief that relief is possible—even after hard seasons.
💛 If this resonates with you, know that your body’s experiences matter.
