Ahsen Tatar, MD, obtained her medical degree in 1999 from the University of Istanbul Cerrahpasa School of Medicine in Istanbul. She then continued her medical training in the United States, attending the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Jamaica, New York for her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Tatar is a member of the American College of Gynecologists. Education, beliefs, and hard work, she says are instrumental to her success. Today, she practices obstetrics and gynecology at the Center for Obstetrics and Gynecology in Alma, Michigan and MidMichigan Medical Center in Clare, Michigan.
