This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in maintaining a positive environment for staff, visitors, and the community. As a Custodial Sub, you will step into various custodial roles, ensuring that all areas are spotless, well-maintained, and functioning smoothly. All facilities are located within a 20 minute drive of Alma. All shifts will be in the evenings Monday-Friday after 5pm and are generally 3 hours per day. This could be just a spring/ summer position or continue year round if the applicant is a good fit.

We are hiring for a part-time sub. Spring and summer get pretty busy and we would like someone we can schedule for vacations and requested days off. Generally the schedule will be known ahead of time, but there are occasionally last minute fill-ins. You will receive paid training. Applicant MUST be able to pass a background check. Shifts are in the evenings on weekdays. Approximately 5:30PM-8:30PM. Applicant must be able to follow instructions and be self driven. We are hiring immediately for a part-time cleaning position in Alma. These positions are in an industrial setting and are on Tuesdays and Fridays 4pm-8pm. Applicant must be able to bend, twist, reach and complete basic cleaning tasks. All cleaning supplies and equipment will be furnished. We have found that retired industrial employees or someone that has previously worked in this type of setting work well in these positions as they are use to the industrial atmosphere.

We are a small company and really depend on our staff to be reliable. The applicant must be able to pass a back ground check. We are looking for someone that wants long term employment.

Starting pay is $14.50 an hour and will raise after training.

The shift starts after 5:30 PM and is a single person position. This would be perfect for a retired person, stay at home mom, or a second job. This facility is very clean with extremely nice staff. The applicant must be able to move well, bend and twist. This entails the basic cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash, vacuuming, sanitizing, and windows. The applicant must be very reliable and detailed. A background check will be completed upon hiring. We are a small company that really depends on our staff to be reliable. We are looking for a person that has a short commute so that they are reliable during the winter months. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour and will raise after training.
