It lasts about 3+ months months if kept in the fridge! It's best if used daily for prevention of viruses and multiple times a day at the first sign of illness.

I've been getting many messages asking me if elderberry syrup will "cure" Corona virus. The fact is, I don't know. There have been no studies on the effect of elderberry syrup on Corona virus.

I'm not a doctor so I absolutely can not give you medical advice.

You've been asking me what I've been doing to protect my family from Corona virus. Honestly, I've just been doing the same protocol that I do during cold and flu season:
😷Daily dose of elderberry syrup (more at the first sign of illness)
😷 High quality probiotics
😷 Vit D supplement
😷 Good hygiene including hand washing as you enter the house
