VITAMIN D!!

I Sing the praises of why this is important a lot. And I have realized since moving back to the Mitten that many doctors up here in MI are really behind in the research of recommending this to newborns.

When I spent the last few years in southern states where the sun was actually stronger the pediatricians talked about this more, and had samples on hand a lot. And yet up here in Michigan where we have the such a large Vitamin D deficient population, they do not talk about this nearly enough and almost never have samples for my families in office.

Vitamin D is SUCH a big player in health, and your baby needs it! One drop on he n1ppl3 and that is it! Formula has Vitamin D added in because it is an essential nutrient.

Without Vitamin D baby can be lethargic, irritable, have respiratory issues, or growth issues, sometimes are misdiagnosed with "colic" simply because of irritability but truly they are deficient in vitamin D.
