It is time….

With stresses of the world and the increased computer usage our bodies and mind can feel anxiety with lack of focus or motivation. I am now offering a couple of deep resets that induce deep relaxation and peace.

Raindrop therapy technique.. the use of specific essential oils on the spine of your feet and spine. I recommend if you’ve been stressed mentally or physically and are having a problem moving it out of your body. It is an amazing body reset. I recommend you have the day off after treatment. It leaves you feeling amazing, relaxed and the next day is generally a noticeable reboot!

I’m really happy to offer cranial sacral therapy. I’ve been taking classes and have been enjoying the results of the sessions. If nothing else it drops you into a deep relaxed state that allows you to explore your inner self in a new way. It’s great for so many common issues in our body systems!

I’m renewed !! As we all should look to what grounds us .. find it.. go there often. For me it’s nature.. Hello!! We are now starting to peek out and I for one am feeling positive about that. This time in has been interesting and uncomfortable at times.
I’m blessed to have had two lovely supportive people in my house and a back yard coming to life with no bugs!!
I can now open my office with a medical referral on a limited basis with the use of CDC guidelines. Massage will look very different until July. Any of my clients with questions please contact me. We will get through this with continued respect for each other’s health❤️
