Yes, that means FREE yoga for you and all your friends, neighbors, loved ones, and workout buddies. Please join us for a gentle all-levels yoga class, all equipment provided for you, our community.

9am - Pilates with Sarah
10am - Yogic Flow with Sarah
Please join us for an all-level - donation-based experience. Sarah always has incredible classes and themes to share, so Sleep in and join in - Sarah's classes are not to be missed

3pm - Drum Circle lead by Kelly
🌟The NE Michigan Drum Circle is thrilled to host a special drum circle gathering and this time we're highlighting the work of Reborn Rescue, a new, local nonprofit dedicated to transforming lives, both human and canine, through the power of compassion and recovery.
🌟 Highlights:
-Energizing drum circle led by local percussionists
-Opportunity to play multiple drums, instruments, and partake in healing vibes, all in a judgement free, come-as-you-are environment
-Briefly learn about a local non-profit we select for the month; this month it's Reborn Rescue!
-Opportunities to learn more about Animal-Assisted Therapy and possible volunteer efforts after the circle concludes

The monthly drum circle aims to bring our community together through the power of drumming, music, and rhythm.
