My passion is to encourage living well, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Living Well Therapeutic Massage offers an outgoing, friendly, professional Licensed Massage Therapist, dedicated to listening to you and giving your body the massage you asked for and it needs.
Your massage is situationally dependent. If you are injured or hurting, we will work toward pain relief. If you have been working out or are engaged in sports, muscle release. If you want to relax, then relaxation. Your massage experience will be whatever you need at that time, on that day.
Using a mixture of corrective, relaxation, and energetic techniques, your session is individualized to work toward your desired results.
