🟥BARBELL REHAB ALPHA 2025🟥

We had the honor of kicking off 2025 with the Barbell Rehab Seminar here at Alpha Strength & Power Gym. We had over 25 participants from a variety backgrounds from Physical Therapy to Strength and Conditioning coaching and Martial Artists all looking to improve their coaching ability and understanding of getting everyone to participate in resistance training.

We all learned that pain can be managed and that there is an entry point to Physical Health.

We can’t wait for the next opportunity to learn and share.

Everyone showed up and we all had an absolute blast at first Chapter of bringing a Team to a Powerlifting America event!

Huge Shoutout to .performance and berserker for putting on a meet unlike anything else! The Meet Staff, The Equipment, and the Atmosphere, were sensational!
