I realized at a very young age what it is like to be treated differently because I was fat and did not want my weight to define me. I chose to change my life to be healthier at 17 and have not looked back since. It was work at first but then it became a challenge and before I knew it 20 years have passed and I could not be fitter and healthier and this has become a way of life for me. Once my kids

were older and did not need as much of my time, I decided to persue a career as a Personal Trainer and love every moment of it. I have over the past 5 years continued getting certified and specialize in specific areas that I felt would be very important in my walk to help as many persons of all ages and levels of fitness to lead a healthy lifestyle.
