Find a comfortable seated position, close your eyes gently, and take a deep breath in. As you breathe out, release any tension or worries. Feel the ground beneath you supporting your body.

Now, bring your awareness to your heart. Imagine a gentle, warm light there — a symbol of your strength, resilience, and hope. With each breath, let that light grow brighter, filling you with calm and compassion.

Repeat softly to yourself: "I am worthy of healing. I am taking each step with courage. I am deserving of love and peace."
