✨ Sometimes the most meaningful moments come from the most unexpected places. 💍

Recently, one of our warehouse associates, Ada, experienced every wife’s nightmare—her wedding ring went missing!! After days of searching and a lot of worry, hope arrived in the form of a simple but extraordinary email 📧💖

Elizabeth Sperry, from a surgery center in Crown Point, IN, reached out to our customer service team to let us know she had discovered a wedding ring in one of her shipments —and wanted to make sure it found its way back to its rightful owner.

New ASA Guidance Highlights the Growing Role of Fascial Plane Blocks 🧠

The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) recently released its 2026 Practice Guideline on Perioperative Pain Management Using Local and Regional Analgesia—and one theme is clear: fascial plane blocks are increasingly recommended as part of multimodal pain management.

The guideline strongly recommends fascial plane blocks to reduce pain and/or opioid requirements in the first 24 hours following:
• Open cardiothoracic surgery
• Abdominal, retroperitoneal, and pelvic surgery
• Mastectomy

Fascial plane blocks are also recommended or conditionally recommended for many minimally invasive abdominal, cardiothoracic, and hernia procedures—reflecting their versatility, safety profile, and opioid-sparing potential.

📢 As ultrasound-guided plane blocks continue to expand across specialties, needle design matters.
