Paris recently celebrated her 1st anniversary with Atlanta Eye Group and, in that time, has become an essential part of Team Kennesaw. Her growth this past year has been incredible to watch. Dependable and committed to exceptional patient care, Paris continues to strengthen her clinical skills each day and has proudly earned her CPO certification.

She was also recently honored with AEG’s Rising Star Award, a well-deserved recognition of her hard work and the positive impact she makes on both patients and colleagues.

Since joining Atlanta Eye Group's Patient Care Representative team in the fall of 2024, Ayana has been fully committed to learning how AEG operates so she can provide the very best support to our patients. Her drive to grow and improve the patient experience has set her apart in an incredible way.

Ayana became the first Patient Care Representative at AEG to pass her Certified Paraoptometric exam — all without prior experience working as a technician in the clinics. This is a huge achievement and a testament to her ambition, dedication, and heart for patient care.
