I am a licensed professional counselor who specializes in trauma and anxiety. In my spare-time, I enjoy hiking, reading, and visiting local coffee shops.

I affirm the LGBTQ+ population and am an anti-racist therapist who specializes in adult trauma/PTSD and anxiety. I practice in a holistic manner by integrating a cognitive approach with mindfulness. I am certified in trauma-informed yoga and working toward my RYS-200 teacher-training certificate. I have experience working at a local outpatient setting facilitating PHP and IOP group therapy. I also served as a Case Manager at a metro-Atlanta Mental Health Court where I developed a sense of advocacy toward individuals challenged with co-occurring disorders. Prior to my becoming a counselor, I was an public school educator.
