Dental Assistant/Front desk
We are looking for a dental assistant to join our high quality patient focused specialty practice.
We are a small endodontic specialty practice looking for the right individual to become part of our team.
If you have good communication skills, a warm demeanor and a desire to learn, please call us. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a true desire to learn and grow within our practice.
Some computer skills are required as this is a modern, high technology paperless practice.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Familiarity with dental tools, including X-Ray machines and computer software helpful but not required.
Responsibilities include:
• Update patient dental records and provide the dentist with accurate information regarding the dental history of the patient.
• Maintain a sterile work environment, cleaning any tools, equipment, and surfaces thoroughly and frequently.
• Chairside assisting the doctor
• Answering the phone and making appointments.
• Communication with referring dental practices.
• Providing post operative instructions to patients
• Update clinical information during treatment
