Sat., Sept. 27, 9am-12 pm
Mon. Oct. 13, 9am-11am
Sat., Oct. 18, 9am-12pm

Call the office to schedule flu shots for your children and you (the parents). Sorry no grandparents!
If you can't make these dates, call and schedule a nurse visit or do at your child's well visit.

Flu Shot Season is here!
Call our office to make an appointment on our special flu clinic days below, should be in and out within 10 minutes. We vaccinate our patients 6 months and older as well as their parents.
Wednesday, September 25th (9:00am - 11:00am) Forsyth County Fall Break
&
Saturday, September 28th (9:00am-Noon).

If you can't make it for these dates, then can make an appointment after school on Tuesdays through Fridays OR at an upcoming annual checkup (bring siblings in as nurse appointments).
