We are hosting our first ever PLANKSGIVING challenge!

Take a selfie doing a plan or plank series and tag us to be entered to win free classes!

Need some inspiration? Start with a classic plank on the reformer. Begin in a push-up position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line from your head to heels. Hold the plank for as long as you can while maintaining proper form by focusing on engaging your core muscles.

Try it out at your next class and be sure to snap a pic and tag us or it didn’t happen!

Meet Missy Hancock Dlugozima who has always been health and body conscious. 10 years ago menopause hit and she noticed her weight started creeping upwards. She wanted to be better so she started working with Terrell Harmon and has lost 33 pounds. Wow!

She says, “Terrell is a joy to train with in so many ways. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and always motivating.”

Missy’s next goal is to put on some muscle mass. We can’t wait to see what she does. Congrats on your results from all your hard work!!

Terrell Harmon competed last weekend at the 2023 Ifbb Pro League Daytona Pro competition. He came in 3rd place Masters Pro BB over 60 and 4th Place Masters Pro Classic BB 55+. Goes to show you just how strong 65 years young can be. So proud of all you have accomplished Terrell! Keep it rolling!
