Discover the gentle healing power of Cranio-Sacral Therapy to ease tension, reduce pain, and promote deep relaxation.

This is a gentle, hands-on approach designed to release deep-seated tension within the body, which can help relieve pain and improve overall physical performance and health.

Using a light touch, this therapy focuses on the craniosacral system—the membranes and fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. By enhancing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and restoring balance to the nervous system, this practice encourages the body’s natural healing processes and helps reduce the physiological effects of stress and trauma.

Potential Benefits:

-Relief from headaches, migraines, and jaw tension
-Reduced neck, back, and joint discomfort
-Support in recovery from stress, trauma, or injury
-Greater relaxation and improved sleep
-Enhanced emotional balance and clarity
-A renewed sense of vitality and well-being

My colleague Phil and I just completed a specialized Myofascial Release training focused on treating burn survivors with second- and third-degree burn scars.
We’re honored to bring these advanced skills to our community and support survivors on their journey to restore mobility, comfort, and function in the areas affected by burns.

As burn survivors feel the skin tightening, myofascia release helps improve mobility, soften scar tissue, reduce tightness, and support comfort and function in areas affected by burns—an important part of long-term healing.

We also offer advanced Hivamat therapy (Lymphatic drainage device-assisted)to help reduce swelling in the early stages, once burn survivors are cleared for lymphatic work. This gentle, effective approach supports the body’s natural recovery and prepares the tissues for deeper rehabilitation.

If you or someone you know could benefit from expert burn-scar myofascial therapy, we’re here to help. ✨

Enhancing Liposuction Outcomes with Deep Oscillation

Deep Oscillation plays a significant role in preparing the tissue for lipoedema liposuction and subsequent recovery. Its anti-oedema, lymph drainage, anti-fibrosis, and detoxifying qualities help to soften the soften the tissue, potentially leading to less bleeding and fewer complications during the surgical procedure.

Post-operatively, deep oscillation's gentle, non-invasive nature allows for early therapist and patient application. This early intervention accelerates the healing process, reduces pain, bruising, and swelling, improves scar quality, and inhibits local inflammation over a sustained period. The combined approach of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Deep Oscillation helps to dissipate post-operative oedema, allowing for further liposuction if needed. Furthermore, deep oscillation can help reduce any fibrosis that may occur post-liposuction.

The growing acceptance of deep oscillation in the management of lipoedema is evident in the support from leading surgeons around the world and its recognition at international conferences, such as the First World Congress on Lipedema in Potsdam, Germany.

Deep oscillation is commonly used to treat and manage lymphoedema because it effectively reduces swelling. Studies have also shown that deep oscillation massage is safe and well-tolerated in patients with fibromyalgia, leading to sustained improvements in symptoms and quality of life.

Understanding Deep Oscillation

Deep Oscillation is an internationally patented technology that utilises electrostatic attraction and friction to create gentle, biologically effective oscillations within treated tissue. These pleasant oscillations pe*****te deeply through hygienic, gloved hands or a handheld applicator, affecting all tissue components down to an 8 cm depth, including skin, connective tissue, subcutaneous fat, muscles, and blood and lymph vessels. Unlike other therapies, deep oscillation is non-traumatic, allowing for very early application following injury or surgery, even from day one postoperatively.
