🚨🚨 Challenging case around the eyes 👀🚨🚨

Lori has some very common findings that I see often and can serve as an excellent learning case for anyone considering Eyelid REFERSH procedure!

Upper Eyelids: show signs of hooding, excessive skin and also brow ptosis (fallen brow tissue- see the skin on the lateral eyelid hooding - that's brow skin!) This was treated with brow suspension suture - not a brow lift...

Lower Eyelids: excessive fat (pseudoherniation- not true herniation) of the fat from around the eye falls forward due to weak support - often genetic)

Malar Edema- this is the fullness (or bag tissue) that can be seen on the cheek bones- this is often genetic and is not often curable... We work to improve these but they are not truly 'curable' - filler often makes these WORSE!

Buccal Fat reduction - contours the lower face while giving me THE BEST FAT possible for the under eye fat grafting

Laser Resurfacing- tightens the skin around the eyes (instead of cutting it out- I prefer to laser the skin)

Challenging case with nice improvement made naturally - she feels better - eyes improved and refreshed but still feeling like herself!
