Dr. Loetscher practices a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with expertise ranging from implant reconstructive surgery to corrective jaw surgery and wisdom tooth removal. In addition, Dr. Loetscher has one of the largest and most reputabl

e dental implant practices in the southeast United States. Dr. Loetscher and his staff are fully trained in the administration of anesthesia, both general anesthesia and I.V. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery. In addition, general anesthesia provided by a board certified anesthesiologist, Howard Odom, MD, is available within our facility.

Always special when great colleagues reconnect.
Dr. Loetscher welcomed his former dental school classmate, Dr. Robert Margeas (University of Iowa College of Dentistry) to speak at our study club last week!

After undergoing radiation therapy, Carl began experiencing loose, failing teeth.

Dr. Loetscher restored his entire lower arch with five implants and a fixed bridge - giving him a new foundation and a new smile. He was able to leave the same day with a new set of teeth.

A few years later, he returned to complete his transformation with five single implants in the upper arch.

Now, Carl says his teeth feel so strong he could “bite into a 2x4.”

Today, Carl smiles more - because he’s proud to show his teeth again.
