A good article on an issue that is often being over-diagnosed and over-treated. It can be absolutely amazing when a newborn with a significant tie gets a release done in the office and breast feeding improves immediately. That being said, there seems to be a "cottage industry" being built up around the issue and no procedure is without possible complications. Additionally, laser does not mean better, by any stretch of the imagination.
