Proton International’s CEO, Chris Chandler, took the stage at Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Regional 1 Annual Conference to share the story behind Connecticut’s first proton therapy center—a collaborative effort between Yale New Haven Health, Hartford HealthCare, and Proton International.

In his session, Chris broke down the science of proton therapy, the impact of the Bragg Peak, and what it takes to bring a complex project like this to life—from cost and construction to clinical value and patient access.

Proud to be part of a team advancing cancer care through innovation, collaboration, and vision.
