The decision to become healthier should not be taken lightly. Two years ago I weighed 213lbs, too much for my 5'4'' frame. I was experiencing daily swollen ankles, struggled to walk up the stairs, high blood pressure, resting heartrate of 90 bpm and daily nose bleeds. I got very serious about my health and being a better steward over this body God has given me. Today, I am 32lbs lighter at 180lbs, I am eating more protein, meal planning, exercising almost daily (HIIT, weights, stationary biking, walking) and my precious husband makes my daily breakfast shakes!! I have more to do, but so far it has been so worth it! Today at 59, I have no swollen ankles, stair climbing is MUCH easier, lower BP, and a resting heart rate at 66bpm without any nose bleeds!! No Ozempic here!! Only patience, determination, and lots of family support. Anything worth having is worth doing the extra work to achieve!
