No one checked this… and that’s exactly why her back pain kept coming back 👀

She did everything “right”:
✔️ Stretching
✔️ Rest
✔️ Taking time off

And yet… it kept returning.

Here’s what we found 👇

It wasn’t her back.

It was an old ankle injury that never fully recovered →
which forced her body to compensate →
which overloaded her lower back over time.

This is how most recurring pain actually works.

Your body will always find a way to keep you moving…
even if it means sacrificing something else.

You’re not “out of shape.”
You’re not “just getting older.”

you’ve probably noticed something:

👉 That shoulder pain doesn’t fully go away anymore
👉 It flares up with workouts, then lingers for days
👉 You’ve tried stretching it, resting it… maybe even ignoring it

Most people assume it’s a shoulder injury—but what I see every day in the Alpharetta clinic is something different:

It’s a movement problem.

When your upper back gets stiff and your neck/shoulder tissues get overloaded, your shoulder is forced to do more than it should.
