Wellness Wednesday

Let’s be real… negativity is exhausting. It drags you down, makes others miserable, and honestly—it’s just bad vibes all around. In a small town, it’s way too easy to gossip or nitpick… so today, let’s flip it and focus on positivity. 🌸

We’re not everyone’s cup of tea (some people don’t even like sweet tea 🤷‍♀️), and that’s fine! Learn from it, move on, and let’s show our strangers, peers, kids a better example.

Here’s a little free advice:
👉 If someone looks, dresses or is different than you—don’t say anything.
👉 If someone’s job or lifestyle isn’t what you’d choose-it doesn’t matter!
👉 If someone’s house, car, or clothes aren’t your style—why does it matter?
👉 If someone is “too much” on Facebook—girl, just keep scrolling. 🙄📲

Not every thought needs to leave your mouth (or your keyboard). 😉

So if you don’t book an appointment today, at least do something positive. Smile at someone, pay a compliment, or just zip it when the negative thought rolls in. Positivity is a habit worth building. 🌟
