WTY offers a variety of classes throughout the week regularly, as well as specialty classes & wellness retreats. In Studio, Offsite, Private Events & Online classes available

Our studio is made up of a great group registered teachers trained in many styles of Yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Flow, Chair, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Hot Yoga, Prenatal & Children’s Yoga. Class Schedules, Studio information, Teacher Bios & more can be found on the website.
